Sentient Flight Group Joins Breeders' Cup As Official Marketing Partner

Sentient has become the Official Private Aviation Partner of the Breeders' Cup

NEW YORK, March 10, 2008 - The Breeders' Cup and Sentient Flight Group, Inc. ("Sentient"), one of the nation's leading full-service private aviation companies, announced today that Sentient has become the Official Private Aviation Partner of the Breeders' Cup.

As a multiyear official marketing partner, Sentient will participate in the highest level of sponsorship for the Breeders' Cup World Championships, the most prestigious global event in thoroughbred racing.

The 2008 Breeders' Cup World Championships, with $25.5 million in purses, will be held at the Oak Tree Racing Association meet at Santa Anita Park in Arcadia, Calif., on October 24-25. The 2008 Breeders' Cup marks the 25th running of the event and will be televised live on ESPN and in more than 120 countries. The 2009 Breeders' Cup will also be held at Santa Anita Park.

As part of the agreement, Sentient and the Breeders' Cup will jointly develop media and entertainment marketing programs to support the event in the Los Angeles marketplace and on a national level. Sentient will conduct hospitality events at the Breeders' Cup World Championships and throughout the year at other Breeders' Cup-related venues. Sentient will also provide the Breeders' Cup with a variety of customized private travel programs for its constituents.
