Sentient Acquires Southwest Jet Aviation

Acquisition establishes operating base in Arizona and strengthens overall presence in southwest U.S.

WEYMOUTH, Mass. – February 11, 2008 – Sentient Jet Holdings, ("Sentient"), one of the nation's leading full-service private aviation companies, today announced the acquisition of Southwest Jet Aviation, based in Scottsdale, Arizona. The addition of Southwest Jet provides Sentient with an operating base in the large and rapidly growing Arizona market and strengthens the Company's overall presence in the Southwestern United States.
