


All Sentient Flight Group pilots must possess an FAA ATP and First Class Medical Certificate. Additionally, pilots must have attended simulator training within the past six months.
Jet PICs: Must have at least 4,000 hours total time, of which at least 4,000 hours must be fixed wing and 2,000 of which must be multi-engine. Must have at least 1,500 hours multi-engine PIC, 1000 hours of turbine time, 500 hours of jet PIC time, 300 hours of actual instrument time and at least 100 hours in the type aircraft for which he/she is performing PIC duties.
Turboprop PICs: Must have at least 2,500 hours total time, of which at least 2,500 must be fixed wing and 1,000 of which must be multi-engine. Must have at least 500 hours of multi-engine PIC, 500 hours of turbine time, 250 hours of actual instrument time and at least 100 hours in the type aircraft for which he/she is performing PIC duties.
Helicopter PICs: Must have 2,500 hours total time, of which 1,500 must be rotary wing. Must have at least 1,000 hours rotary wing PIC time and 500 hours of turbine time. Must have at least 100 hours of actual instrument time of which at least 50 must be rotary wing and at least 100 hours in the type aircraft for which he/she is performing PIC duties.
Jet SICs: Must have at least 2,000 hours total time, of which at least 1,500 hours must be fixed wing and multi-engine. Must have at least 500 hours of fixed wing PIC of which 100 must be multi-engine PIC, 500 hours of turbine time, 50 hours of jet PIC time, and 75 hours of actual instrument time.
Turboprop SICs: Must have at least 1,500 hours total time, of which at least 1,000 must be fixed wing and at least 250 of which must be multi-engine. Must have at least 250 hours of PIC of which at least 50 of which must be multi-engine PIC. Must have at least 250 hours of turbine time and 75 hours of actual instrument time.
Helicopter SICs: Must have 1,500 hours total time, of which 300 must be rotary wing. Must have at least 200 hours of multi-engine time, and 100 hours of turbine time. Must have at least 50 hours of actual instrument time to fly IFR.
